Started formally as JD Lab

#### 2018

Signed partnership with System Specs LTD (Remita)

#### 2019

Launched JSP, processed over N2 billion Naira since inception

#### 2019-2022

Transitioning to become a startup, rebuilt JSP to Tespire and as a Delaware company

#### 2023

Official marked presence in Nigeria. Partnered MTN Nigeria and Zinox. Processed $1M through the wallet.

#### 2024

Launches Tespire Public. Secured a substantial pre-seed funding

#### 2025

Tespire Secures Funding with Alternative Bank to Advance. Its Research Project – ASIBITI
