Schools sign up & Agreements
Schools, institutions, and government bodies sign up on the Tespire platform and complete a data agreement before accessing any features. No data is collected without the agreement documents signed.

Daily school operation
From onboarding, schools run their day-to-day on Tespire. From admissions, student records, results, fees, and finances. Data is generated as a natural byproduct of the school functioning, not entered separately for reporting purposes.

Data is captured and structured
Every action on the platform, a student enrolled, a result recorded, a fee paid is captured and structured automatically. Nothing is manually compiled or estimated after the fact.

Schools see their own data
Every school on Tespire access their data directly through their dashboard and the Tespire Analytics dashboard. They see what we see: their own operational record, in real time.

Aggregation & public insight
Tespire aggregates anonymised data across schools, states, and institution types to identify patterns and trends. What emerges becomes the foundation for our public reports, giving policymakers, NGOs, and researchers a clear picture of how Nigerian education is actually performing.
